Leadership team

Driven by a team of performance management specialists, PerformanceSoft delivers customer value by leveraging years of practical experience and customer-driven development, operating in the role of a performance management and strategy execution partner.

Mike Bourne

Mike is Professor of Business Performance and Director of the Centre for Business Performance at Cranfield University. He is Chair of the Performance Management Association, author of over 100 publications, and is co-author of several books on performance management.


Peter Kahihu

Peter is the CEO of PerformanceSoft, and regarded as one of the leading experts in strategy execution and balanced scorecard. Peter is the author of 4 best-selling books on Strategic Planning, Balanced Scorecard, Governance Performance Management and Public Sector Reforms.


Max Moullin

Max is Director of the Public Sector Scorecard Research Centre and a visiting fellow at Sheffield Hallam University Business School. An established author, Max also has over 20 years experience in training and executing balanced scorecard in the UK and in the Middle East.


John Shuttleworth

John is an experienced management coach and consultant, delivering challenging change projects, programs and strategies. He’s a recognised authority in strategy setting and execution, balanced scorecards, corporate governance and change management.


Jim Standen

Jim is an expert in performance management, process management and improvement, and the Balanced Scorecard, and is known for his involvement in a large-scale change programme in Kurdistan and as a trainer at RIPA International and CSL Capita.


Noble Mudenha

An experienced software developer and analyst, Noble is PerformanceSoft’s Chief Information Officer, acting as senior architect and implementation manager for the EMEA region, managing communication with our development teams in UK and Africa.
